OVERNIGHT CAMPING

One of the most exciting things to do for nature lovers is to opt for overnight camping. What is particularly striking about this kind of camping is that unlike any other form of camping, it allows you to stay in a pitching doom. KAYAKING

Kayaking is another one of the great water sports that Dandeli has in store. This exciting activity is conducted in the Supa reservoir, an expansive man-made reservoir. You can also camp in seclusion since the entire area is relatively un-inhabited. This involves the use of a kayak for moving across water. A typical kayak is a low-to-the-water canoe-like boat in which the paddler sits facing forward, using a double-bladed paddle to pull front-to-back on one side and then the other in rotation. While kayaks usually have closed decks, sit-on-top and inflatable kayaks are also getting popular.

JUNGLE SAFARI

Get ready for some fun as we take you for an exciting jungle safari as we make our way through the 14 km long stretch through the dense wilderness and lush green forests of Dandeli. Not only is this a great way to spot animals like Bison, foxes, giant squirrels, etc., it is also an exciting way to explore the wildlife of Dandeli. This Jungle Safari, through the course of Dandeli’s undulating topography, will also allow you to catch a glimpse of a large variety of endemic & exotic birds – Great Pied Hornbill, Yellow Footed Pigeon, Crested Serpent Eagle, Adjutant Stork, Black Crested Baza and Peafowls.
